Our Policy on Returns
We do not accept returns on any products. As a specialty chocolate club, all of our products are food items that cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on chocolate purchases or subscription memberships. Our subscriptions are designed to provide an experience of exploration that help members discover craft chocolate from different makers and origins. While you may not enjoy every chocolate we send, each selection represents quality craftsmanship and offers a chance to refine your chocolate preferences.
Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account from our homepage. If you cancel a prepaid subscription (3-month or annual), you'll continue to receive chocolate boxes through the end of your subscription period. We do not offer prorated refunds for early cancellations.
Quality Commitment
While we don't accept returns or offer refunds, we're committed to your satisfaction with every box we send.
Damaged Chocolate: If your chocolate arrives with significant breakage or damage, contact us through our website within 24 hours of delivery. We'll ask you to send photos and will replace the affected items.
Wrong Items Shipped: If we send you the wrong box or incorrect subscription tier, we'll ship the correct items right away.
Defective Products: If your chocolate arrives spoiled or otherwise defective, contact us through our website within 24 hours of delivery. We'll replace it promptly.
Billing Errors: If you notice a duplicate charge or billing mistake, please contact us immediately. We'll correct the error and process any appropriate refunds to ensure you have a positive experience.
Gift Subscriptions
Gift subscription purchases are final and cannot be refunded. However, if your gift recipient would prefer not to receive the subscription, we're happy to transfer it to a different recipient. Simply contact us with the new recipient's information.
