Free Standard Shipping on Subscriptions
All subscription memberships include free Standard shipping to addresses within the United States. Subscriptions also include complimentary heat protection and expedited delivery during warm weather months.
When Will My Order Ship?
Subscription Boxes
We generally ship subscriptions the second week of each month, though timing may vary depending on the date of our monthly live speaker event. Members receive advance notice of event dates and expected delivery windows.
- New subscribers: Your first chocolate subscription box may be shipped the same month you order, or it may be shipped the following month, depending on the order cut-off date and when you place your order.
- Address updates: Login to your customer account to modify or update your address. Make changes before the first of the month to ensure your box reaches you at your new address.
Individual Chocolate Box Orders
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Holiday shipping: Delivery times may be longer during peak holiday season
Summer Shipping Schedule (June through September)
Orders for individual chocolate boxes must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59 PM Pacific Time to ship that same week. We ship Monday through Wednesday during these months to protect your chocolate from heat exposure. We do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays. If you place on order on Thursday or Friday we will ship your package the following Monday.
How Is My Chocolate Protected?
We take care to protect your chocolate during warm weather. From June through September, we add insulation and ice packs to shipments as needed.
Received heat-damaged chocolate? Contact us through our website, and we'll ask you to send photos so we can replace the affected items. Replacements ship within 3 business days.
Delivery Details
- Carriers: FedEx & UPS
- Tracking: You'll receive tracking information by email once your order ships
- Locations: We ship to street addresses in all 50 states. We do not ship to PO boxes.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
Lost Packages: If the carrier confirms your package was never delivered, we'll send a replacement.
Stolen Packages: We cannot be responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages: If a delivery issue results from an error on our part, we'll refund or replace your order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues outside our control, such as incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
