Together you'll look at each chocolate, break it to hear the snap, then let it melt slowly instead of chewing. Tasting side by side, from darkest to sweetest, shows how cacao origin and each maker's choices shape flavor.

Our founder, Lauren Adler, has been choosing craft chocolate since opening Chocolopolis in Seattle in 2008. She selects each kit from small-batch makers, mostly dark chocolate, so you get the variety without the guesswork.

Standard Packaging arrives in a corrugated shipping box. Gift Packaging (+$10) adds an elegant box and a wax-sealed envelope for the tasting materials. Gift messages are printed on the packing slip.
Ingredients & Allergens
Each chocolate arrives with its own ingredient label. Because we select different chocolates for every box, this product may contain milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts (including coconut), soy, wheat and sesame. Please read the label for each chocolate before consuming.
Storage
Store the chocolate in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Keep it out of the refrigerator, where it can absorb moisture and strong odors.
Orders ship from the Seattle area within 2 business days. Transit takes up to a week, depending on your location.
Ground shipping is $9.99 to most states, including Alaska. Rates to Arizona, Florida, Hawaii, Louisiana, New Mexico and Texas are calculated at checkout and include insulation and ice packs.
We ship to all 50 states. We don't ship to US territories, such as Puerto Rico or Guam.
